We prepared two complex Monte Carlo simulations to determine the fair value alongside an expense profile and a walkthrough report.

The engagement involved 23 share classes, each with its own rights and hurdle criteria. To address this, we built waterfall models that captured the different exit proceeds scenarios, split them into the appropriate distribution rights, and ultimately assigned a fair value to each class of share.
