Don't forget, simple because you pay tax on the overseas income - this does not automatically mean you do not disclose the income. Rather it's compulsory to disclose this income as often Governments have Double taxation treaties in place, which means you in a country where you pay a higher tax, you may get a relief.
Another element you should consider is that, overseas income form part of your UK allowances and your income bands and thus can impact your tax bands and the rates you pay - this is incredibly important for forward planning.
Once we receive your completed questionnaire and documents, most Self Assessment returns are completed within a few working days. During the January peak period, turnaround times may increase as demand rises, so early submission is strongly advised.
