Hussnain Shakil
Co-Founder and Director
Hussnain co-founded DMP to combine practical accountancy support with specialist financial and valuation expertise.
He began his career in sales with a builders’ merchant before moving into stockbroking and investment management, where precision and discipline were a non-negotiable.
He later transitioned and trained at a top-ten UK accountancy firm developing a specialism in technical valuations and complex accounting & financial reporting.
Hussnain later managed the affairs of hundreds of businesses, giving him a strong understanding of the financial, commercial and day-to-day challenges faced by company directors.
He now leads DMP’s accountancy, advisory and specialist valuation work, with a focus on clear advice, technical accuracy and commercially practical solutions.
Ramsha Fatima
Co-Founder and Director
Ramsha co-founded DMP with a focus on making professional accountancy support more personal, supportive and straightforward.
She holds a degree in Economics and Finance and brings more than five years of NHS experience, helping shape the caring and people-focused approach behind the firm.
Ramsha supports client communication, onboarding and the day-to-day running of DMP, ensuring clients receive clear guidance and dependable service throughout.
She believes accountancy should feel approachable rather than intimidating, with clear explanations, reliable service and genuine care for the people behind each business.
